Cheques take a minimum of 7 days to clear.  If you are in hurry for your goods, it is better to phone and order using a debit or credit card.

In order to be able to claim for any items lost in the post, Royal Mail demands that all parcels are sent with proof of posting or, if worth more than £39, by special delivery. Therefore, postage and packing for orders with a value under £39 (including the postal charge) will cost £3.50 and those valued over this amount will cost £7.50. These prices are subject to alteration according to increases in the cost of postage.

Orders will be sent out the same day if phoned in before 4pm. On any occasion when this is not possible, they will be sent out the next day.

Those sent by Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, with the original tag in place and the same clear plastic bag it was sent in. Please make sure that the item is packed carefully, following original fold lines.
Please also make sure that the hat is hair free and unstained.

A full refund for the cost of the item will be given, minus the cost of postage, or a replacement hat will be sent if required.
We cannot be responsible for parcels being sent to us which are lost in the post, so if you have to return any item, please get proof of posting or send by Special Delivery.

You may be absolutely sure that your details will never be passed on to anyone else, and all forms with payment details recorded will be shredded at the end of each accounting period. Card details are not stored electronically at all.

All our hats are made to a standard head fitting of 56cms, although there is some variation between the style sizes. However, before placing your order please measure your head placing the tape measure around the brow to the nape and back again. Most female head sizes are between 54-58 cms. If your head measurement is significantly different, please call us before you place your order and I can advise you which styles will suit you best.

All our hats, with the exception of the Baseball Cap and the Headliner, are made of jersey cotton which stretches to fit most head sizes. We offer two sizes in the Baseball Cap and you need to specify whether you have a larger or a smaller head. If in doubt please give me a ring.
